1. GENERAL_RULES

  • We aim for fair and transparent refunds where applicable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Requests must include purchase details and reasons for refund.

2. HOSTING_PLANS

  • All plans: 14-day refund window from initial purchase date.
  • Refund amount = paid amount minus the value of used days/hours and non-recoverable fees (e.g., domains).
  • Service misuse, abuse, or policy violations void refund eligibility.

Downtime credits may be offered instead of refunds for partial service disruptions.

3. SOFTWARE_ENGINEERING_SERVICES

  • Deposits and completed work are non-refundable once delivered.
  • If work has not started, deposits are refundable minus admin/banking fees.
  • For milestone-based projects, completed milestones are billed and non-refundable.

4. HOW_TO_REQUEST_A_REFUND

Email your request to the contact below with:

  • Order ID, date of purchase, and service description
  • Reason for the refund and any relevant evidence
  • Contact information for follow-up

We review requests within 5-10 business days.

5. EXCEPTIONS

  • Custom domain registrations, third-party licenses, or non-recoverable pass-through costs
  • Abuse, illegal use, or ToS violations
  • Force majeure events outside reasonable control
